General Description
Sigmacheme's Superplast-N is superplasricizer, high range, water reducing admixture for concrete, mortars and contains selected synthetic sulphonated naphthalene  formaldehyde condensates. Lt does not contain calcium chloride, sulphates or other potentially harmful and corrosive chemicals. It may be used with safety in concrete, mortar and griuts which may surround reinforcement, per-stressing mixes and high tensile steel strands. Sigmacheme's superplast-N can be used with all types of portland cement.

Advantages

Uses
Cement particles tend to clump together to form agglomerates which do not readily disperse in water, Ordinary plasticizers have limit to the amount of  dispersant that can be added continued research ha resulted in the development of Sigmacheme's super plast which act as very powerful super plasticizer this dispersing action on cement agglomerates may be used as below

As a super plasticizer for following concrete.
Substantial increases in workability can be obtained by addition of Sigmacheme's superplast-N to a mix without increased water (Same W/C ratio that of controlled mix). Magnitude of this increase is often such that the concrete.

High strength concrete
High strength mixes can be product at normal workability and cement contest but at reduced water / cement retios. The resultant concrete is of dense and impermeable nature. For a given mix, keeping the cement consumption and workability constant upto 28% reduction in the amount of mixing water, an increase in strength of about 43% can be achieved.

Saving in cement
In a given mix keeping the water/cement ratio constant, cement reduction up to 18% can be obtain without loss of workability.

Solubility in water: Completely soluble in cool water.

Dosage
250 ml to of Sigmacheme's superplast-N per 50Kg (one bag of cement) to the gauging water for flow concrete it should be added directly into the mixer, after mixing cycle just prior to placing.

Shelf Life
Up to 12 months when kept in cool, dry place in tightly sealed containers.

Available in 5 ltr., 20 ltr., 100ltr. and 200 ltr. packing.
